Our Process Flow

- Our representative meets with you or you call and leave a message at our client
coordination desk
- In either case our representative will understand your requirement and document
it
- Within the next 5 working hours quotation will be given
- your acceptance along with a formal PO/ e-mail/ fax will enable our team to proceed
- Our team will inform by when client should hand over ready-to-print images on CD
to ensure deliver as per schedule, along with digital proof from CD handed over
to us, and not from Hard-disk
- Client coordination team will apprise you of the job status
- The material will be delivered with challan (three copies) which is signed, stamped
and receiver's name written confirming the receipt of the goods
- Our Invoice will be sent within four working days after delivery is completed
- The credit collection will be done by the accounts department
